It does not replace:
- Formal first aid or wilderness medicine training
- Certified firearms or tactical instruction
- Professional medical advice
- Legal counsel
Train with qualified instructors. Practice before you need it. The app reinforces skills — it does not build them from scratch.

Everything you do with information from this app or this site is your responsibility. Tier-1 Off-Grid is not liable for outcomes arising from decisions you make based on content in the app or on the site. Know your local laws. Follow them. Common sense applies.
One-Time Purchase
Premium features are unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription. Once purchased, the features are yours. All transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are subject to their refund policies.

The app and site are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use your judgment. Always have a backup plan.
Intellectual Property
All content on tier1offgrid.com and within the Tier 1 Dark 30 app — including text, graphics, protocols, checklists, and design — is the property of Tier-1 Off-Grid. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.
Sharing a link? Go for it. Copying and reposting our content as your own? That's theft. Don't do it.
